Believe Sharky,we can do this....trust the process,as we raise in vibration so do our neighbours,I am not 'Miss Pollyanna' all the time Sharky but I truly want to change and I believe in that ideal,something deep inside of me knows it's knowing,I just need to put it into practice more often,we can do it Sharky try and be patient:) but thanks for your input good to hear from you again.

I find this very exciting.I do believe that the Vatican stated through on of their spokesmen ,that should we find visitors from other worlds ,that they would most likely be far in advance of us.

When the Golden Helmeted Ones or the LIGHTED Ones make their presence known it will Not be
to worship them nor will they Allow worship to be bestowed upon them.
These are much more Aware Brothers & Sisters of our Cosmic Family.
Should we deem it as an involuntary action to fall upon our knees upon meeting them, they will fall upon their knees with us - as they will surely reflect unto us that they are Not GODS to be worshiped.

Ets would not ask us to fall to our knees to them,this is my experience of them anyway,when I say experience,I mean what I have felt, what The Federation of Light have said for over 4 years,the grace in which I have been guided,White Cloud's love and humour,nothing I have experienced has been anything but grace, definitely empowering us not disempowering us,yes I have been brought to my knees in awe,then they have held my hand as I stand on my own two feet and in love move forward,remember what we focus on we create so why focus on old beliefs of demons
