"When I was a young man,
I wanted to change the world.
I found it was difficult to change the world, so I tried to change my nation.
When I found I couldn’t change the nation, I began to focus on my town.
I couldn’t change the town, so I tried to change my family.
Now, as an old man, I know the only thing I can change is myself.
And suddenly I realize that if long ago,
if I had changed myself, I could have made an impact on my family.
My family and I could have made an impact on our town.
Their impact could have changed the nation and the whole nation could indeed have changed the world."
i think this realization is still vital for this time almost 1000 years later.
let us stop complaining about what is wrong and trying to break down the system that is.
let us instead change what we can, ourselves, and support the systems that are good instead.
if you take a look around you will see that the solutions are allready there.
people all over the world start to establish self sustaining and independant systems and
so stop reacting and start creating (;
when there is a will to go, the way shows itself....
and when there is no way, make a way yourself.
