Sometimes He talks with us directly

Since children, most of are taught how to pray. However quite few of us are shown how to meditate. Prayer is when we speak with God. Meditation is when we listen to the voice of our Divine. We can only meditate when we empty our minds of all that chaos and “be” still in the actual moment. It is in these times that we hear, feel and know that which comes through our higher selves from our Divine.

Do not concern this. God speaks to us in many ways. Sometimes He talks with us directly, occasionally He sends us Angels, equally those of the Celestial Realm as well as those who walk the earth and talks through them. Be open to receiving His adoring guidance by means of all channels that He may choose to use.

A form of meditation is to sit calmly with both feet positioned firmly on the ground. Burn a candle light and play some gentle music and close your eyes. Open your hand allowing your palms and face up. Control your breathing and focus only on this. Hear and feel each breath as you inhale and exhale. Now let go and “be” allowing your thoughts to take you exactly where you should be, seeing what you should see, and listening to what you should hear. Be at peace with the method and give thanks in appreciation for your time with your Divine. Know that you are loved and are love.

The mind is like a child,we need to lovingly control it,let it know we will not abandon it,listen to it,observe it and gently ask it to be still as you are choosing to have quiet time so you can listen to your heart,this will heal the many aspects of you that are surfacing at this time to be healed ,they will learn they are safe and do not have to ‘act out'

Firstly, it is a matter of disconnecting from the thoughts and mind turmoil that one resides in for most parts of their awake time. To be able to stop the mind is not always an easy task. So we suggest that you ask it to stop. Simply say ‘I ask the part of my mind that is busy with thoughts to stop for this time in which I choose to switch over to an empty space. In thanks’. It is always good to repeat these things three times. For three is a high vibrational number. The first time it is heard ... the second it is computed ... and the third it is sealed.

Thank you Izabella, so very true!!! Quiet the mind in order to hear the Divine's messages!!!! It took me some time to figure this out but when I finally "told my mind to be quiet" I started to hear.......<3
