Hi there, I am a Taurean Dog - according to Chinese Astrology, with my own accompanying `earthy` s.o.h. My interests are varied and appear to mainly belong in the `mind'n'matter' areas of our Journey we share here, such as Metaphysical Philosophies that are inter-woven with Holistic Healing, Remedial Massage, Meditation, Relaxation and Psychology, so yeah, I revel in reading, however, since I jumped on-board the `cyber-train` a few years ago, my books are gathering a little dust now...
My `growed-up` children like to remark that I
can be a little stubborn at times, however, I remain an independent,free-spirited ol'bird who shys away from entanglements and folk who feel that they are `owed`. I have never liked the expression of `you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours`....
I loathe it - you either do something for someone because you want to, or, don't bother doing it in the first place.
One of our most difficult lessons in life is to learn to say `No` and I have learned to do just that.
