- I was born in New Zealand, but moved to South Africa early in life. I have had a very tumultuous life, experienced much, some of which I am ashamed of. Have come full circle and am now a member of Sahaja Yoga, and meditate daily (or try to!). Through my earlier experiences, I have awakened to the need to live a dharmic life ("right living") and no longer participate in using alcohol, drugs, or any other form of incorrect behaviour. I acknowledge that I still have a looong way to go! I am 67, divorced a long time ago, and have retired from work, and struggle with my health a little. I recognize GOD as the main purpose in my life, and one of the desires I have in this life is to give other people the Self-realisation that I have received by the Grace of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. Stand as solid as a rock, Upon the shores of innocence. Shake off the sheath of Maya, and reveal the soul within. Lose the sense of 'I-ness', and jpin the flow of Love. Rejoice silently without emotion, and soak oneself in it. Touch the River of Bliss, and be swept away by it's power of Love.
- How did you find out about us?
- I am a mad Sci-fi fan, and have watched every thing hollywood has produced! I had a dream that I saw a spaceship come out of the clouds, and then the words Intergalactic Federation was in my mind, so I googled it. I'm not a very good at remembering dreams, so this meant something to me.

- South Africa, originally New Zealand.

We cannot keep putting the same thing that we wish to tell you into many other forms. Because … IT IS YOU DEAR FRIENDS … YOU that have all the answers. You KNOW it all, and yet you seek it from elsewhere, from outside of yourselves. This is what we are trying to explain to you …. It is only by seeking the answers from within that you are able to evolve into this Higher place of yourselves … within and upon the earth plane. To connect with your Higher self is HOW you find theses answers and HOW you lift your vibration into the New Place that you are moving into. It is WITHIN YOU! We do not know how else to say it. We cannot try anymore to express it in other ways. We now ask you to LISTEN and understand what we are saying to you.
GO WITHIN. HERE IS YOUR HEAVEN. HERE IS YOUR ASCENSION. HERE IS YOUR KNOWLEDGE. HERE IS YOUR LOVE . HERE IS YOU!
