Beloved Ones,

We come forth this day to speak with you about the intense rays of Cosmic Light that have been pouring down upon the Earth in the last several days. These energies are proving to be difficult for even the Lightworkers to assimilate and integrate and so we come to remind you, Dear Ones, that the advice that you have received from Mary Magdalene through this channel is very necessary to take note of and to practice each and every day.

A lot of the energies that you are feeling and the intensity of them is that energy which fills and surrounds each Human Soul and starts releasing from them all that is not like itself and as that happens the energy that they had kept within themselves comes into the mass consciousness grid and then you, the Lightworkers, have inadvertently been processing this energy and these issues and these thoughtforms that are not rightfully yours. It is important for each of you to understand this and to take the steps necessary to protect yourselves from this each and every day.

What is important, Dear Ones, is your intent. You have but to intend, first thing in the morning upon arising, that this day is a day that is filled with only your energies and no one else’s, and as you continue to state this intent this way each day, it shall establish within you what you asked for. We must say, that it has been a great help, in the processing that you have done, on behalf of others inadvertently, but we can see that it is weighing you down too much when you should be sailing into the joy of the New Earth Energies and realities. You should be sailing into these energies with grace and ease.

Find your centers, Dear Ones. Remember that you came to ground your Light into core of the Earth and to run this energy as transducers, but that does not mean that you take on the karma and the issues of those around you, no matter how much you love and care about them. Each Soul must now stand in their own Light and must search within themselves until they find their center, their Source, who is God. No one else can do this for them. It is, we understand, a very difficult time upon the Earth but it is a temporary situation, Dear Ones. We wish you to know and understand this. It is a temporary situation. Do keep on keeping on standing in your Light, grounding in your Light and stating your intention to work with we, of the Higher Dimensions, to accomplish the great miracles that we came here to accomplish.

Very useful information!
I have long suspected that not all the energies and emotions that I felt were mine. I quite often avoid crowds of people and busy places as I can feel other peoples emotions. When I was younger I used to drink alcohol to numb these feeling when I had to spend time at gathering with lots of people.

Yes Steven I know how you feel,this oneness thing has it's downside at the moment. On the upside if we raise our vibrations enough we tune into a higher aspect of us which is good.And in these times those higher aspects of us are oh so close.

Good advice from them, we really need to get that,how hard is it to accept our part in all this,but I know the feeling of .....what the!!!!!we choose were choosen to do this at this time and we wouldn't have been allowed to come here if we wern't strong enough to remember who we truely are love. It is time to come forward and speak out I feel.

Greetings to you also dearest one. It is coming to the reasoning in these days ahead that there is a desire that beckons the soul self to create that which is thine to create. In other words we would gently persuade you to encounter within the deepest place of your heart self that which YOU KNOW to be the only way forward. We know you KNOW this to be Truth and Love. Yet we ask you to once again be of much diligence within this pathway that you walk upon. Yes, it is all well and indeed of goodness to ‘allow’ that which IS to guide you. To listen to your inner voice and to Trust All that IS. And yet we suggest now perhaps that you may desire to ‘step up the pace’ in which you are travelling. You are aware of the time lines that are predicted into that which lies only a few of your years hence. There is much to be done. And although there is much that IS being done and there is much pleasure because of it , we ask you now to look within and answer to the call that you will hear.

Yes, so important to know that we are the 'creators' - we create on the outside from what is on the inside...and our consciousness is connected to the ALL-consciousness...and possibly even more technologically-advanced/ ? and/or spiritually-advanced Beings?. That's a lot going on ! I'm working on taking this S L O W !! smiling So... then, I hear this:
"Intent. Intent. Attitude." has become my new 'mantra'...

Hello, Steven...I can relate to what you're saying. I have remarked to my friends, in preceding years, that it was quite bothersome at one time for a period of about 3 years - that thoughts seemed to "fall into my head" - fully-formed - without me doing the "forming". There were good, informative and protective thoughts, BUT, there were also thoughts that were negative, and I would say: "now where did THAT come from?" It was quite a journey, until I began focusing on my own thought-preparations, clearing-out the negative from the positive. And, like you, Steven, I avoid crowds, and am also working on NOT "feeling other peoples' feelings"...to such a degree that their feelings BECOME mine. That is tricky, because we want to empathize with others - but without the sometimes over-whelming feelings attached. In modern terms, this tendancy is termed "co-dependancy" and there are 12-step groups in most countries to help deal with this sometimes over-whelming tendancy. I've learned to also avoid crowds, and even some members of my own family - due to "negative input". These are difficult choices, but well worth it.
I like what Jocelyn said about the response of "RE-CREATE"....we need to be in a process of re-creation - about the earth, but also about ourselves. At this apex of development of the earth-humanity, we all will be called to make a choice: between service to self - and service to others - between LOVE and DISINTEREST. And we will need to learn the sometimes difficult task of balancing these choices so ALL will benefit....including ourselves. In other words, we in our duality will tend to think in totally ALL OR NOTHING ways, or EITHER/OR This is too extreme. We need to ask very important questions of ourselves, like: "how can I serve others - without depleting or harming myself?" And: "which others do I choose to serve?" Each question will "resonate" within your bodies to direct one to the most appropriate response. Listen to your bodies....Be Well, and "Don't Worry - Be Happy!"

hola..this message came to me today... a blessing reminder of what it is to be a light worker... just went I’am in the middle of the turmoil of feelings... overwhelming because of family members (and others) that prefer to continuing with the bad habits….and I just can’t do nothing more for them…. today MY INTENTIONS are clear to me again thank you my dear sister on the light for this wake up call to remember what we came here for ground our Light into core of the Earth and to run this energy as transducers….NAMASTE
