Yes Lydia,it was the moses code meditation I did for a month that gifted me with my request,I ask for qualities I wanted to pocess,little did i know the process would intail a lot of challenges and releasing but here I am on this journey with the best teachers available The Federation of Light!

I started feeling frequencies going through my body,I started waking up at night with visions,I started waking up at night also with clear fluid in my throat,my throat was worked on for almost a year,my heart was going crazy and the heat was full on,my diet changed I couldn't tolerate alcohol,TV and some energies,some music,some people's negative conversations,I went to specialists had tests and they couldn't find anything wrong,I started reading spiritual books a lot and meditating and yoga and synchronicities increased, at a mediums I left my body and went into a vortex, I didn't want to come back,I felt like I was home and 'in love' I saw a blue crystal pyramid beside me and a being at the entrance of the vortex,it took me 3 attempts to sit up and my hands were electric,then the guidance from White Cloud to Blossom and  magic so much magic.I have posted it here,there's a lot but above is the short version:) LOL

The Moses code uses I am that I am,you write down your desire and say I am that I am,you meditate on it for a month,another thing I would do is look at the sky the stars whatever and say I am that I am,but it has been years since I read it, you should get the book it is good.
