Each and every one of you as an individual is responsible for your own Ascension. You cannot simply hope that you will be taken along with the tide … it is not like this. For you cannot move into a vibration unless the entirety of yourself as a soul sphere is able to sit comfortably in that new place. It simply does not work in a way that would allow this to beTherefore …. This is why we are asking those of you who ARE aware to assist. This is why you are here. Not just for yourselves, but for your world as a whole. As a ONENESS. It is essential for those in the KNOW to liberate those who are not yet able to understand this movement into Higher Realms. It is interesting to us, that some have slipped away from reading our words, for they are not to do with what you in your world express as UFO’s and all the phenomena that goes with it. And yet …. What theses souls do not understand is that these words of LOVE that we offer is exactly what all this UFO phenomena is about!!!!

You in your world have concerns about what is to take place in future days. You wonder about on your networks trying to find solutions to puzzles that cannot be solved ... NOW. Take that time as we always ask of you , and we feel we do not ask much , for it is your hearts choice to adhere to its calling ... yet you all know the minute you begin to switch 'off' from your world and 'on' to ours that it is the most beneficial practice for the greater good of all. Yet with all respect, so many have fallen into the trap of seeking knowledge when it is not always knowledge worth knowing. For it is neither wisdom or Truth . There is much that is a concoction of manmade fairytales in order to lure your spirit into a place where the Light is difficult to FEEL.
AGAIN from a place of KNOWING we ask you to take note of what is of most value to your soul. To connect with home! This is where all Truthful information can be recoursed. This is where your batteries can be recharged when tiredness has made you lose reason. Home is where WE are. Home is not a place as we have said before. It is a KNOWING in your soul that you are LOVE. It can not be a place. For LOVE IS EVERYWHERE and EVERYTHING. YOU ARE EVERYWHERE AND EVERYTHING . ONE energy of LOVE ... YOU ... ALL OF YOU ... and EVERY PART OF ALL OF YOU ... are that ONE ENERGY OF LOVE. For there is nothing else , ever , anywhere ... LOVE ... ONLY LOVE.

We ask also that you accept the time in which YOU are here. Not all were as blessed as YOU. Sometimes we cannot fully understand for we are not in your human form. We do not ‘get’ the way that you allow your minds to follow through sometimes. For WE KNOW that YOU ARE THE ONES. The ones who came to assist upon the earth. To walk on the ground of your planet and anchor your energy and your Light so that those of us who are not from your earth maybe guided by your very torches that shine from deep within your souls.

And yet it must come about that you ‘KNOW’ that this is why you are here. Half believing … half hoping will not correct the problem. And yet we say to you ... the outcome of that which appears to be so bleak at this time is not how one would ever recognise within possibilities.
WE URGE YOU TO KNOW that by sending your strength out in to the energy that surrounds your planet ... by sending it not only to the outer but the very inner depths of its positioning that it is recognised what can be accomplished. Even though you do not know what that outcome is within your humanness, your Highest/ness does indeed KNOW and will act accordingly … when you TRUST in yourself. When you KNOW that NOW is the time.

the downfall of the human heart has come to rest in a place that brought a sadness to those in other systems ... the energy of this misery … as a whole … cried out to the heavens … and it was decided that your planet could not be left to its own devices , which indeed would only continue down the path to total destruction.
What we would desire is that which would be of most benefit to yourselves at this time. We understand that in these times there is much speculation as to what is or isn’t about to occur as your days roll into the coming of the Ascended world. You are becoming overwhelmed by the mass of information, not knowing that which to believe and that which to discard. It amazes /amuses us to FEEL the need upon your planet to study that which is obviously NOT of Light. We do not understand why your souls would undertake such study when it is clear from every angle that certain material does not resonate with the Highest good. And yet … some still choose to circulate these messages of doom. We cannot stop a soul from doing so , and yet we cannot help but be a bit bemused by such an action. Why? When all that is told of moving into a world of Light would one feel it necessary to spread fear? Do you not see dearest souls that these messages of Love are here to assist as you integrate with Higher energies that are sprinkling into your world. The lower vibrational messages are being ‘setup’ to deter the Light from reaching you in its fullest capacity. Have you not grown enough within your Being to determine that which is of Truth and Light … that which makes your heart sing … compared to that which alarms your Being and allows moments of despair and fear to enter in? For we say to you … this discernment that we speak of, is as simple as that. What makes you feel good? What makes you want to uplift those around you and allow ones heart to giggle? If that which you read allows warmth to spread around your heart area then by all means carry on reading. We simply find it quite strange that when your alarm bells are ringing that there seems to be a morbid curiosity to continue forth. So that when the end of a particular message has arrived … ones mind and entire vibration is in turmoil.~The Federation of Light~
We encourage you to visit often and spend time in the various Pyramids of Light we have told you about over the years and to also visit the Celestial City of Light that OverLights your area / country. In your work pyramid, you may envision and create anything your heart desires which is in harmony with your Divine Blueprint and for the good of all. Here also is where you can join with your Higher Self to gain assistance in resolving the troublesome problems in your daily life that you are seeking to return to harmony.
We strongly suggest that you go into your personal pyramid of Light before your sleep time or, occasionally, into the City of Light, where you will receive assistance in purifying, rejuvenating and healing your physical vessel. Before going to sleep, through your intention, go into one of the Light Cities Ascension Accelerator Chambers located within the entry level of the sixth dimension. This is a most beneficial way to assist in balancing and harmonizing your physical vessel. Beloveds, we encourage you to seek understanding and to trust that it is our greatest desire to assist you in establishing an environment of great harmony, beauty and wholeness (holiness) on Earth, right where you live. FROM THE BRIDGE
Much has been taking place within your world at this time. Many of you are discussing possibilities of why one is feeling
as they do. You talk of the pull of your moon. You talk of energies that are disrupting the aura. You talk of sightings that have been seen in your skies. All of which are to do with the upheaval and the changes that one is feeling within the self. How many of you actually realise the intensity of what is going on for you at this time? You cannot, and yet on another level, within this level, you are aware that things are taking place that you are not able to explain. Your world is undergoing vast changes that are unseen to the human eye at this point. So much is occurring on a level that will lead you into this new world. It is happening as we speak. Do you care as to what may take place? Of course you do. Yet, you are unable to understand it, therefore one’s attitude occasionally switches to that of not caring, as it all seems too BIG for you to grasp and indeed it is. But little by little you shall accept new things. New understandings. The time frame for thephenomenal change has been altered. We are hoping that, due to the Light that is lifting your world at this time, and the souls who are waking up, this new world that is to come will be experienced sooner than we had calculated.
What you need to know is that there is a certain level of vibration that allows your world to be. It keeps ‘matter’ together.It allows you to function, to breathe. It allows all things to exist within your earth. What is taking place is the raising of this vibrational energy. It has to be done within a rate that is suitable for you to adapt. The changes in your body must adapt also. That is why many of you are experiencing ailments. On the one hand there are some of you that indeed are not well, shall we say. On the other hand, for many, these are not ailments at all, but a change within your physicality that shall enable you to move up with the new vibration as it comes into play. This cannot be done overnight. It would blow you all away. It has to be a gradual process. But as we move further into the Light and Love of a new vibration, all things must do the same. That shift is an enormous task.
HEALING/PROTECTION AND ACTIVATION CHANNELS
My dearest ones, I invite you to be with me. Allow all
thoughts to be removed. Be in the silence of yourself. Be with
me.

Feel my life force that is encompassing you. Feel the
warmth, let it move from your energy field and penetrate into
your human flesh. I am here to allow you to literally raise your
spirits. Become weightless; rise up with me for a short while.
Allow yourself to merge into the Oneness that I am. Allow your
hearts to be filled with joy … to be filled with the peace I bring
this day. I am with you, you are with me. Be still for this short
while and know that I am LOVE. Enjoy this Love with in you.
There are certain angelic ones who merge with us also. Lose
yourself for a time within us. I come to move you onwards. I
come so that knowledge can be transformed into the reality of
the soul, where there are no words, where there is only Love.
Become Love outside of your human flesh for this short while.
It is to this place that we must teach others to come.
Where they can experience the Truth of Love, pure within itself.
More and more shall you come to view this place.

We cannot try anymore to express it in other ways. We now ask you to LISTEN and understand what we are saying to you.
