The bridge to beyond. Day 1! I have sat at my computer and done some deep breathing and tried to tune in to whoever it is I am supposed to be tuning into. Let’s see what transpires.

Understand that we are here to assist the process of living. To make adjustments to your ethereal makeup, so that the flow of these words may filter through with ease. Happy Birthday to you. It is the correct day to begin. It is all in the timing.

I am ready to begin. I believe you know who I am. I am the sunset and the sunrise. I am the sand and the sea. I am all things. I AM.

Never before have these words been brought through in such a way. I will prepare the days ahead for those who are prepar- ing themselves. Each one in turn shall rise to the fullness of themselves. They shall understand the importance of their Truth. They shall acknowledge the wisdom that is theirs. Never again shall their hearts be downcast for I bring in these following pages the WAY. Accept what is written, however UNBELIEVABLE it may appear at times. Largely, I come through you because you are the one that was given the go ahead and approval by many. So ... shall we begin?

I invite you now to walk with me, to talk with me, and to Trust.

We are one ~ We need to raise our vibrations ~ we can help others by this.

Know that each one is Light { Divine} in different forms, as Light is our core.

When we become aware of this the Unconditionl Love unfolds and spreads .

Kerrie Love you a lot for this beautiful thread, but Love you more as LIGHT and All Light around you. 

So to say  " I LOVE SELF ".  " I LOVE YOU ALL ".  no no no we are  "ALL LOVE."

We are ALL in this together I feel Lydia,we are ALL ONE:) this is why we keep trying to assist another,for deep down we know we are assisting ourselves,but sometimes the 'right' thing to do is to trust that the other can do it themselves,'trust they are God too'. I need to learn that,this is why I want to leave a situation at times and I 'put it out there' but sometimes the universal feed back is not yet dear heart,but sometimes there is nothing and I have to make the choice to choose to stand strong and move on,we just need to be able to quiet our mind long enough to recognise the 'whispers in the wind' we have to basically love and respect our selves enough to nurture ourselves,so we have to know ourselves and what brings joy to our heart,not what keeps us stuck in our comfort zone.....phew I need some of your chocolate after that ! xxx
