Dear Kerri Ji ~ Namaste ~ My knowledge is through the books that i come across.  I share some from the book:

Introduction:-

Is Shambala a myth or a reality.

For years, people have been wondering about the existence of Shambala, venturing to locate it in mountains and deserts and also claiming to have found it, sometimes.  But Shambala has remained an ever fascinating distant goal, beyond the human reach.

Maharshi Amara (1919-1982), my Guru, had visited Shambala astrally many times.  He has met the ruler of Shambala and the prominent personalities living there during the Astral works thathe carried out under the guidance of the Rishis from the age of twelve till his end.  He knew the life in Shambala by his direct observation.  He knew the extraordinary aspects of the life there, as also its secrets.  But he did not reveal them, bound by the discipline and laws of the work of the Rishis that goes on unknown to us.  He explained to us that the world was not yet ready to know the truths about Shambala and that was why Shambala remained out of bounds.  When we raise the levels of our purity and be ready to understand, accept and live the ways Shambala, it will open its doors, reveal all its secrets and share all its splendours.  Amara advised us to meditate and prepare. 

During his talks, Amara spoke about some extraordinary aspects of life in Shambala, perhaps known to others, which were not many but amazing and important. Important, because we are advancing into a New Age.  In a not o far off future, we should be living in a world free of violence, corruption and all imperfections of the dark age we have just passed through, when we would become eligible to reach the heart of Shambala.  Amara had explained to us that the whole world would become Shambala.  What little Amara spoke about Shambala should inspire us to prepare ourselves fast.  We need not wait till the New Age gets established.  We can establish the New Age within us first without waiting for it to manifest itself outside.  For me, this is not a dream.  I know that this will be a reality because I know that the Rishis and many Light Workers are working hard towards this goal.

What I remeber fro Amara's scanty revelations about Shambala is that the people living in Shambala do not age. They live for eternity.  They live a life of perfection and their civilization has reached the highest level.  Their sciences, both material and Spiritual, have advanced so much that they live by drawing energy directly from the sun and travel in spaceships that mmove faster than light! Unbelievable, but true!  True because Amara had witnessed them drawing energy and had travelled with them to other galaxies serveral times.  Incidentally, let me tell you that my Guru was not an ordinary person.  To know bout him, you have to read my book, "Doorways to Light".

People of Shambala could grow to such heights and do all this because they followed certain principles called the Shambala principles.  They appear simle, even familiar.  But they are very dificult and we realize this only when we try to practice them.  Many years of Tapas lie behind each principle. The ancient Rishis sat in Meditation for years and realize each principle, in a stae of enlightenment, as a very short way to perfection, which is Divine.  Then they practised the principles themselves before they taught them to the people of Shambala.  Amara taught us these principles and explained to us that the time had come for all of us to know and practice the Shambala principles in order to reach the state of Shambala.  If we practise the Shambala principles, even one of them, perfectly, Amara explained, we need not meditate because we attain the hihest level of Divinity with it.

SHAMBALA

SHAMBALA IS A CITY SOMEWHERE IN GOBI DESERT.  IT WAS ORIGINALLY CALLED AS "SHYAMA BALA" (DARK COLOURED BOY) BY MARKANDEYA MAHARISHI WHO IS A "CHIRANJEEVI" (ONE WHO LIVES FOR ETERNITY).  THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO, WHEN THE EARTH WAS FLOODED WITH WATER, MARKANDEYA MAHARISHI HAD A VISION OF A DARK COLOURED BABY BOY ON A FLOATING LEAF AT THIS PLACE WHEN HE REALIZED BY HIS INTUITIONAL FORESIGHT THAT SOON LAND WOUD APPEAR AT THIS PLACE.  WHEN THE LAND APPEARED HE CALLED IT THE "SHYAM BALA" ISLAND.  OVER THE YEARS, GEOGRAPHICAL CHANGES TOOK PLACE AND 'SHYAM BALA " BECAME SHAMBALA.

The location of Shambala is not known.  But great Spiritual Masters reach Shambala astrally and even physically.  They are somehow contacted by the Masters living in Shambala who are always on an eager look out for persons to draw them to Shambala and share their knowledge, experiences and powers.  The knowlege, experiences and powers have always to be shared with others as they are always meant for the entire humanity and not for the benefit of an individual.  Those who are ready, receive them and preserve them with themselves and wait for others to get ready.  This is a Spiritual law. 

The world is isolated from Shambala.  But Shqmbala does not remain alienated.  It has its responsibilities and anxieties.  Whenever the leaders of the world deviate from good governance and working for the welfare of the world, Masters from Shambala contact them astrally and even physycaly to advise and warn them.  But the leaders here do not always listen to them and drag the world to wars, deprivation and suffering.  The Shambalite Masters cannot do anything but wait, as they are bound by the laws of time.  When the time for the New Age arrives, the unleash forces to push the dark forces into an inactive state and establish the New Age or Satya Yuga.  Divine personalities who have taken Avataras and Masters who have witnessed and participated in such cyclic changes are living in Shambala.  They lead such forces.  My Guru, Maharashi Amara, had met these personalities and was working to assist them.

Shambala is called the city of Light. It has the Wisdom and Power to carry this world through the turbulent times of Transition from the dark age to the New Age, through Pralaya, as these times of violent changes are called.  Shambala preserves the highest achievements in both the material and spiritual sciences.  The people there are tall, handsome and highly evolved.  They are like superman and superwoman.  Many Masters and great Yogis from here have reached Shambala, of course with the help of the Masters from Shambala, and are living there, pursuing their interests.  At the appropriate time, they return to this world and teach us the ways of Shambala that we may live the best of our ives and attain freedom from all limitations and bondages enabling us to return to our original state of Divinity.

Many Rishis live here and participate in the Light Work, guiding the human Light Workers astrally and providing them with the knowledge and energies at appropriate times.  There is a huger network of Light Workers that is linked to Shambala  astrally.  People may not be aware of it at this level of Awareness.  But they are definitely 

aware of it at a subtler level and follow the guidelines from the Masters and work at human plane.

Shambala is no ordinary city.  It is a reservoir of Knowledge, Energies and all the best of the achievements of mankind preserved for our own benefit in the future when we really grow to deserve it. Shambala is our Light and Hope.

SHAMBALA PRINCIPLES

Who gave them ? What are they ? How do we practise them ? What are the benefits ?

The Shambala Principles were given by the Rishis, the Spiritual Masters of all times.  They found these principles in their deep Meditations when they were searching for simpler and shorter ways to reach the state of Divine.  They did not realize these in a day.  They realized these in their pursuits spread over many, many years.  After that, they practised and perfected the Techniques before teaching them to the people of Shambala. 

* Spreading Ananda

*Spreading Love

*Expericing the Divine Oneness in everyone and everything

* Execute decisions first in the mind and then physically.

* Maintain secrecy before accomplishing a goal

* Unify the forces of the body, mind and intellect.

* Draw the lines of contentment.

THE FIRST PRINCIPLE :-

The First Principle was given by Vishwamitra Maharshi.

It is spreading ANANDA.

Ananda is a special energy and not a state of Bliss as is commonly understood.  We carr this Divine energy in our Spiritual bodies called Anandamaya Koshas.  We, as souls, live in the field of this Divine energy.

The First Principle is to bring out this Divine energy from our Spiritual bodies and spread it around us.  

When we bring this out, it fills in the bodies around it first which are the Intellectual body, the Mental body and lastly the Physical body and then it spreads around.

A simple Technique to spread Ananda is to sit prepared to meditate.  Sit in a clean and quiet place on a mat facing either East or North.  Then, relax and breathe in and breathe out slowly a few times.  Imagine the energy as a bright golden light.  Do not try to seeit; we cannot.  Imagine the golden light coming out of a fist-sized globe in your mid-chest area and filling up the next Intellectual body which you may imagine to be a bigger globe.  The, imagine the golden light filling up the next bodies which are the Mental and the Physical, which are to be imagined again as two more bigger globes.  Once it reaches the globe of the Physical body, experience it.  Experience the Divine, which is Peace, contentment and all-fullfilling Grace.  Experience it to you heart's content and then imagine the golden light spreading around you, filling your room, home, locality, country and the whole world.  Imagine and exsperience the whole world full of this light.

The First Principle of spreading Ananda can also be practised anywhere, anytime, while travelling, sitting on a beach or in a hote or lying on in bed.  All that we have to do is to imagine the golden light coming out and spreading around.

Apart from spreading Ananda, we can also practise certain special ways or hints which change our attitudes and transform us from human beings into Light beings.  we can try to be calm always, at all the levels of body, mind (emotions) and intellect(thoughts).  We can keep a smile always.

Practice of the First Principle, as the practice of each Principle separately and individually, transforms us into perfect beings, taking us into Godhood.  Apart from this, it brings us several benefits elevating the quality of living.  The first Principle helps us to establish harmony with people and places.  We will have no enemies.  we enjoy robust health.  We are always clear iun our expression.  There will be no confusion, no conflicts - within and without.  We vibrate Peace.

IT IMPROVES OUR HEALTH, IT RELAXES, IT BRINGS US PEACE.  IT REMOVES THE TIREDNESS, SLEEPINESS.  IT ENERGIZES THE BODY, MIND AND INTELLECT.  YOU WON'T FEEL HUNGRY.  IT STABILIZES OUR EMOTIONS, OUR THINKING PROCESS.  THERE WILL BE NO AGITATIONS.  ANANDA IMPACTS OTHERS.  IT IMPACTS OUR SURROUNDINGS.  IT HELPS RELATING TO OTHERS - INDIVIDUALS AND INANIMATE OBJECTS.  AND IT HELPS US TO INTERACT WITH THE ANIMATE BEINGS.  IT HELPS US TO INTERACT AND ALIGN WITH NATURE.  THESE ARE ONLY SOME OF THE BENEFITS.
