QiGong Liver Cleaning exericse. face tree at a 45 deg angle and put one foot out facing tree lift toes up ( you can put a rock or wood under your foot).

Clear your mind and draw your attention inward. Rise both hands plum facing up in a large circle fouces Qi into the top of your head (called Heave Gate).

Then plums face down in front of your face and draw them down to chest level move about 1" to the right and push all the bad Qi out of the liver.

Still moving hands downward plums facing down visualzing pushing all the bad Qi out down the inside of the right leg all the way down to the inside of the big toe and out.

Note; dont do this exerices around kids or pets. also don't do this under a walnut tree.
