Tiredness

Hi Guys

I am finding the tiredness so difficult to deal with,I eat well I take a comprehensive multivit and mineral but still feel shattered even after a good nights sleep. It feels sometimes like someone has drained my energy. Does anyone else feel like this and have any helpful advice?

Yes unicorn make sure you connect and recharge,I do it through present moment connection,meditation and spiritual practices,like prayer,calling in the violet flame ( www.lightgrid.ning.com) and what have you,let go of thoughts that do not serve also, become detached observer,lovingly healing those aspects we are integrating all our many lifetimes this time round  (www.asktheo.com) it is no wonder we are tired, yet at times full of light,remember to ask for assistance the angels can not assist with out being asked:) oh yes drink a lot of water that you have blessed and eat healthy:) hope this helps this is what has helped me these past few years.

Allow them to Be, then let go and give thanks that yet another segment of ‘the old’ has transmuted into Light through YOUR doing. Recognise these ‘odd feelings’ as they pass through you and KNOW that by accepting them in GRACE you are playing your part in the changing of all that is of lesser Light into its brightest form. Hi Unicorn, i would like to add a more basic aspect to your sharing & just to say i do love all Zoolithe has posted too, which i feel is so important.

What i would like to say or ask is do you have silver fillings? just this moment i just finished watching a video about mercury in our bodies and how that can effect some of us sensitive ones & then the first thing i read is your post,.... but for now i will just put that forward and if your interested i have a lot of info gathered,from over the last year i am happy to share with you.

I have been experiencing much tiredness to Dear Unicorn ~ Perhaps the Energies are coming in and our bodies need to assimilate them and that tends to drain us.

I like what Kerrie suggested ~ and also I find that knowing that "This Too Shall Pass" makes me feel better ~ Blessings !

Amen to every post here, and thanks Unicorn and Kerrie for in-depth Q&A. I also struggle with this now. I just finished watching the Kerrie Cassidy interview with Bill Wood, and it brought me to tears at the end. I highly recommend it.  We get so tired of feeling our site here is real, only to go out into the "real" world with all those asleep and living under such extreme conditions. It is sapping our energy as well as the transformations going on with us to help us ascend. The interview confirmed to me we are awake and on the right path. Wonder how in the world all the others are going to catch up with us, as 12-21-12 approaches. Love to you all!

LOL there are more then likely a lot of attachments Faith as I am working on the sacred 33 parallel which has been worked on by the dark for eons as well....long story but all is well White Eagle,White Cloud,Mother Mary,Master Jesus,AAMichael,inner Earth the list goes on are all with me,this is why I came here at this time and it is a mixed blessing,I am from Lemuria and I was a priest there so I guess this aspect of me knows what it is doing,I have faith in me that is the main thing,if you look at this post

look for the organic multi  ingredient green juice concentrated powders. and double or triple up on the suggested frequency of use that is suggested on the instructions. Do the same with multi red powders as well. Find them at health food stores, or on line. There are many company's that make various types of these products. most of them sell individual packages, so you can try them out for taste etc.. Taste will also depend on your own creativeness as to what you mix them in. There's no rule, there's only your taste buds. This is the single most beneficial thing one can do if they did nothing else : )

  A multi vitamin generally does not have the upper nutrient amounts in them to really make a difference. You may want to double or triple the amount you're taking depending on what's in them?

  CoQ10 100-300 mg per day may also give  more energy

The problem is the term " I eat well". This means different things to different people.  You'll need to be way more specific about what you eat, if a potential problem is to be gotten out of the diet.  Do you eat organically only, or at least GMO free?  Gluten free?

i know exactly what you feel like. for the past 2 weeks i felt like i ran a marathon. all i did for the past 2 weeks was work and go home and sit on my butt. and also what i find weird is for 2 weeks both my ears have a high pitch noise coming out of them and it is continuous. has not stopped for 2 weeks. and i feel confused also.
