I have seen symbols many times. I have never figured out exactly what they mean. I think that some symbols are used to "locate" areas in the astral, but I am not sure.

Are you dreams really lifelike or real? 

Are you aware of people always being around, sometimes just standing like they are meditating?

Hi MIke,
First, let me say 'thank you' for your amazing responses to all three questions and for taking the time to respond.
I am so glad to meet you and know that someone with your level of understanding it out there.
Who are you? Where are you? What is your focus in 3D life? I am intrigued....
Let me respond to your answers by telling you a bit about me.
I have been communicating with a group of out-of-body beings, who refer to themselves as 'The Guides'. They are most assuredly 'galactic', though if I visit with them on ship, it is not with any memory...(I will definitely try your exercise to see if I can bring more back to consciousness with me), though that has not been my focus or my need. They have been working with me and training me since 1994. In that time, I have learned about the 'work' I do as an energy worker on the physical plane (My body is used as an instrument of clearing and balancing energies, wherever I am, whatever I am doing - this is not consciously directed healing work, though I have been trained in that as well; rather, it is energetic planetary service) and on the other dimensions. I have learned about what I call 'energetic evolution' or the process through which all of humankind and the planet are going at this time. They have instructed me and requested that I write and publish what I have learned which has resulted in the book, Multi-Dimensional You, Exploring Energetic Evolution, and The Multi-Dimenisonal Workbook, Exercises in Energetic Awakening. We are now working on the next book, which will be a more in-depth training manual. (the first book was more of a memoire). I agree they are 'just good people' I love them deeply and trust them implicitly, though I am always assessing their input to insure it is resonant with my truth.

To respond more specifically to your comments or questions:

No, I am not aware of this, but from time to time, if I tune it, I am aware of beings present - sitting the table with us physical folk, crowding a room to support and guide us, etc.

I don't always see or hear, though I have at times; more often, I just 'know'....more than I knew before.

No, I was not referring to 'ascending beings' or those we call 'angels', or 'deceased beings', for these all fall into the category of spiritual beings who reside in the 3rd dimension....I am referring to beings who are originate in the other dimensions and reside and function from those realms of higher and faster frequencies. These 'Guides' make a very clear distinction between 3d and other D concepts and that is one of the corner-stones of their teachings. Most people go to Spirituality to understand these concepts. They go beyond Spirituality which they feel is a 3d concept. They focus and teach about the realm of pure 'energy' and teach about what we have come to call, 'Energetics'.

As for crossing the veil and residing in a physical human body for a length of time...Yes, they have taught me about that (Discussed in Chapters 11 & 12 in my book) and introduced me to the concepts of an 'overshadow' and 'a hitch-hiker'. I am not familiar with the 'holo deck' or 'empty soul container' concepts. (Maybe they will share more of that as we work on Book #2.)

The members of the Galactic Community that I know are just good people. A lot like us really. They like to talk and get to know people. I love hearing about their lives and the planets they come from.

Of course, if you are talking about ascended beings of very high station, the ones who are like angels, well, basically I try to be as polite as possible, do anything they ask and keep the awestruck to a minimum. Amazing beings.

Or are you talking about spirit beings or the deceased?
