I communicate with other races when I go to other planets in my astral or another body. There are many types green, blue, black, white, and I just speak and they understand me. On one ocasion I saw a big ship and one of them, a blonde one put a plastic traslator around my ear so I could understand them. One time I passed trought a mirrow and I enter into another world, were I also live as another personality, in that world on antother parallel earth we are already part of the galactic federation of light and the motherships travel accross the sky, we also go on vacation to other planets.

Elaine, you can talk to spirit beings if you want to.

I have been talking to members of the Galactic Federation for a couple of years now. I has been a wonderful experience.

If you are interested in meeting the Galactics, and seeing spirit beings, it is pretty simple to do, but takes some focus. My guess is that you are already experiencing astral travel, but are not bringing the memories back into your physical body.

Our astral bodies store memory differently than our physical bodies, so you have to transfer the memories back into your physical body to be able to remember them. The best way to do this is to ask your spirit guide to help you with it.

The best way to contact the Galactics is to do it while you are sleeping. When we sleep we merge with our higher selves and leave our bodies. The Galactics are aware of the astral and even have machines that can sense your astral self and transfer it into a temporary "soul container" to allow you to have physical access while on the ship.

More real than real and it is just about the coolest thing I have ever experienced! The ships and the people are amazing. It's funny how easy is can be to meet with and talk to ETs...

Here is how it works for me.

This is probably pretty basic stuff and you may be familiar with it already, so please forgive me for going over it.

First off, I make sure that the room is as dark as I can get it. After laying down for a while and relaxing, I begin doing a breathing exercise to calm myself. Breath deeply to the count of 4 in through the nose, hold to the count of seven, and release through the mouth to the count of 8.

After a while of doing this you will notice that you are becoming very calm.

Before long I am relaxed and stop working on my breathing. I then begin working on getting the chakra colors to show by visualizing the red, blue, green, red, blue, green of the pulsing chakra. There is yellow and a couple of other colors too, but they flash through so fast that I can never seem to get them.

Before long the chakra colors being to pulse. I am sure that you have seen the chakra colors as they pulse in and seem to recede into the darkness. I have found that I can intensify them by visualizing them being stronger as they pulse and recede, pulse and recede.

This is activating your third eye or pineal gland.

Once the chakra colors start pulsing I begin to see visions and flashes of pictures, faces, landscapes, ETs, etc. Becoming aware of the chakra allows me to begin seeing the quantum reality that our souls exist in. We are part of and are surrounded by the quantum reality.

At about this point I ask my spirit guides to help me reach the goal that I have set for myself that night.

If I want to talk to my friends on the ship, I visualize the ship (sorry, you have to see it first) or if this were my first time, I would ask my spirit guides to put me in touch with a member of the Galactic Federation of Light.

Be sure to state that you only want help from beings who are of the Light. There are a lot of inter dimensional beings out there and some of them are not so friendly.

Then just allow yourself to drift. Enjoy the pictures as they flash in and fade out (you can hold them longer by focusing on them). Watch the chakra colors as they pulse in and out. Check out the slowly moving energy patters as they surround you and float through your vision.

If you see something you don't like, just "move" away from it, while stating that you only want beings of Light.

After a while of this I usually notice that I can see the room around me through my closed eyelids. Sometimes very detailed, other times kind of faded.

At some point I fall asleep, but usually not totally. I am a bit vague about this part, usually at some point I find myself out of my body, visiting the ship, talking to ETs or having a dream experience.

When I am working with members of the Galactic Federation of Light, I ask the crew members to help me focus and to bring the memories back into my body.

If this is your first time working with them, or if you have worked with them before, but have forgotten, then your first sessions will probably be counseling sessions or interviews. You will probably experience "dreams" that are so real that you won't be able to tell that you are dreaming.

If it doesn't happen at first, don't get discouraged. It may be some time before you are able to successfully bring your memories back from the astral.

Keep trying until you begin to have visions and experiences.

Seeing the chakra colors is the key.

As a child I talked to a friend and I had this invisible friend till I was in my early twenties....I actually had full delight in her or his answers to all my needy questions....My friend was always there and would be very active in the waking hours...the voice I had heard wasn't really male or female...I can't explain...anyway, I was guided by this being telepathically and I would know things in advance...I had developed great trust in my experiences with the being (never new his or her name) It was a very clear voice.  The being guided me to NYC when I was only nineteen and even directed me on what subways to take without me having any knowledge...I moved there all because of my non-physical friends guidance...no outside help...I eventually had the sad day come when this being said to me that I would now be on my own and our connection was over....I was so emotional that I cried on and off for months wishing to here that friendly voice, ...People never new about how I made choices to come to NYC...I learned that I would have been told I had a multiple personality, as someone pointed out one time...so I was afraid to ever mention my voice to anyone again....Years, went by and I heard the voice only twice and if I may share I was given approval by this being ...on decisions (two major) that I had done well in my choices...My sleep is where I would go and come back with unusual conscious memories of spiritual worlds, UFO's, Ets...I didn't speak about them to others either... blocking them just to myself..I see humans living normal earthbound lives and I can do that too....and then there is all of you....with unseen hands urging us to go far more out on a limb....and seek far greater expansive conscious experiences...Bless your love and spirit..

Dear Loretta, Thank you for sharing your experience with your childhood 'friend' who supported  you for years and guided you to NY and your deep loss when that being had to move on leaving you feeling bereft and alone. How difficult that must have been!  My version of that experience was of feeling the presence of a soul partner, an out of body being who over-shadowed a  physical being for a while and then was just was 'with' me. I knew it, felt it, communicated  with it etc.    Like you, I experienced the  day when this being told me he had to move on; I mourned as if I had lost a physical lover, though I had not been in a literal relationship.  I felt an energetic void in me, that I didn't even know was filled when the being was around.  (I have written more about this in my book on energetic evolution. Just recently my communication with them & from them is happening in the dream state or astral travel. I have received some powerful sound/vibrational healing from what I can only assume is from "cosmic beings". In the past I had felt the healing source to be "angelic beings" but this has changed of late. I am also seeing symbols of an unknown nature in minds eye during meditation. I am wondering if this is a form of them communicating too?

Dear Tess, I would say, 'yes', you are receiving messages in those symbols.  My suggestion is to just intuit what they are sending you rather than literally trying to translate the symbols.  I have a friend who calls herself a 'sensitive'; she receives messages as symbols and has learned to put them into words to share with her clients.  Trust that those cosmic beings  are communicating with you and that you will be able to interpret their messages.  Good luck and blessings, Elaine
